Support Beth's Healing: Urgent Medical Funds

In late 2023, my friend Beth got very sick. The doctors told her that she needed a new liver to live. After a lot of waiting, worrying and praying, Beth was given the most precious gift she ever received, a new liver and a new chance at life. We are all so grateful for her to have this chance. We are also grateful to the doctors, nurses and medical staff that took care of her along the way.

The road to recovery so far has been a hard and complex one. Fortunately, Beth has a wonderful family and lots of friends around her who have helped so much along the way. But we have hit some bumps in the road and are asking for your help. In October her Medicaid ran out. Her recovery requires several doctors appointments, endless lab work, and MRI testing that is no longer covered for her, and these bills are stacking up fast. At the last MRI, the doctors found a thrombosed aneurysm that is going to need further testing and treatment as well. In order for her to complete her recovery and not face total financial ruin, we are asking for help. Anything you can donate will help tremendously. And if you cannot contribute monetarily, please consider donating blood and becoming an organ donor. One donor can save up to 8 lives and help over 75 people.
