Support Bev-I's Earth-Friendly Burial Wishes

Our beloved Bev-I Beverly Dove, dear friend & comrade in struggle, joined the ancestors last week on the heels of the new year. Bev was as pure a spirit on this earth as humans can be. Bev-I carried forward the optimism of the 60's and 70's in her fight, her dance and her general love for all (anti-capitalist) life and shared it with everyone, right until the day she died. Bev-I's community is enormous because she touched so many lives with her unabashed physical and audible declarations of righteousness. Beverly Dove is so missed by so many.
Beverly was on disability and there is no known family or will. The community around her is quite sure that she would want to be buried in a way that will give back to the earth and that she would not want to be cremated. There are a few options, all of which are quite expensive. We are trying to raise the money needed to bury her in the most respectful way.
If it turns out that the state will not allow us to affect her burial, the money raised will go to a few of her favorite causes which will be decided by the people closest to her. Bev-I was very passionate about helping the oppressed internationally, the Long Haul & People's Park in Berkeley, of course, animals and the earth to name a few things. We are sure she would be very happy for any donations made in her memory to the things she cared the most about. Should this come to pass, we will notify donors of where the donations went.
Please give what you can to help.
Long live Bev-I!
