Bangladesh’s feminist movements have long been at the forefront of social justice—fighting for gender equality, minority rights, indigenous sovereignty, labor rights, and more. However, these critical histories remain undocumented, vulnerable to erasure, and inaccessible to future generations.
The Bangladesh Feminist Archives (BFA) is committed to preserving these voices through a secure and accessible digital and physical archive. By funding this initiative, you are directly contributing to the documentation and celebration of activist struggles, triumphs, and resilience that have shaped Bangladesh’s feminist landscape.
With your support, we can create a first-of-its-kind intersectional feminist archive that will:
- Collect oral histories, personal documents, and media showcasing feminist movements.
