Support Biking for Military Mental Health in RUCKITANDRIDE24
Donation protected
What’s There to Know?
My name is Ashley Marie Paladie and this summer, I will be bike riding from Vancouver, Canada to just outside of Tijuana, Mexico along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). My little brother’s suicide in 2021, while active duty overseas, led me to combine five health and wellness skills to better my own mental health which I now hope to share with others through this ride.
Beginning July 1st 2024, the 1,854 miles of the PCH will be encompassed under “RuckitandRide”; an adventure and summer event with weekly “Speaker Stops,” where I will stop and speak at military bases to ENGAGE by sharing my story, EDUCATE over the High5toHealth themes, and INSPIRE others to join me!
My mission via High5toHealth is to support mental health awareness and practice in the military and stopping suicide among active military and veterans!

Please support this ride by donating financially and helping me acquire the necessary gear to tour my bike along the route and pay for lodging. Detailed inventory is available on the website! Any funds not used or in excess will be donated to High5toHealth beneficiaries also listed on the website!
Thank you for considering support and giving your time to read my story!
