Support Bill Bandera's Stroke Recovery

Donation protected
He's helped so many, now it's time for us to help him!
Bill Bandera, President and CEO of the Bandera Family and Community Alliance, Inc, the host of the Bandera Family Free Christmas Dinner, suffered a stroke August 8, 2024 while working in Cleveland, Ohio. He received excellent care at the Cleveland Clinic and they expect him to make a 100% recovery. During this time of recovery, he will undergo physical and occupational therapy.

We are seeking donations to cover medical costs incurred and financial assistance during this time of recovery.

Bill has greatly contributed to the Binghamton-Endicott community and beyond through his non-profit, which provides free Christmas dinners. This special community event started in 1989 with 69 Christmas dinners, which were served in the Binghamton area. This year the event will complete 35 years of providing free Christmas Dinners. The event has grown to providing over 5,000 meals to community members in the Binghamton-Endicott area, Sidney, Oxford, and Norwich, NY. Every year the sit-down and home delivery meal services continue to grow.

We want to thank you ahead of time for any assistance you can offer. Bill has continued to improve daily and has every intention to be on board and ready to run the 35th Anniversary of the Bandera Family Free Christmas Dinner.
