Recently, our dear colleague, Bill Brooks, received a devastating diagnosis of lung cancer. This news has deeply saddened all of us who had the privilege of working with him, particularly during our time together at the Control Center. Bill was an exceptional team member, always going above and beyond to accomplish tasks. As we spent long hours together at work, I came to admire his dedication not only to his job but also to his family. He cherished his beautiful wife Starla and his children, and looked forward to retiring one day to spend more quality time with them.
