Support Bistro 1907 Staff in Tough Times

Hi!

I’m Lauren and I’ve had the honor of helping Chef Mark Canzonetta and his team build Bistro 1907 since Day 1.

What this team has been through over the last year has been nothing short of unfair. Constant road construction slowed business almost to a halt after the restaurant was slowly recovering after Covid— and now— an uncertain future due to the horrible Downtown Youngstown explosion.

Chef Mark is the kind of business owner and leader who takes care of his people in ways that the public never sees and he has done so time and time again… but this time… we need help to take care of our staff and team while the aftermath continues.

Even the insurance companies have yet to take steps to help this team through these very hard days. I am not too proud to ask for help when it’s needed— and the Bistro 1907 by Mark Canzonetta staff needs it now more than ever.

Every cent will be given to our staff members. Every single penny.
