Support Blueberry Moon Team during Covid-19

We started a raffle a few weeks ago when we thought this would last two weeks. Our thoughts were we would raise some money to help the salon and the team. We have applied for loans and grants to keep our payroll afloat and we are still waiting. Unfortunately, with the news that the stay at home order might be extended for another month and my faith dwindling in our system to help us, I have decided to start a fundraiser for the team specifically.

We have applied for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan, EIDL Advance and the Payroll Protection Loan. We have been waiting three weeks for the first two of them and almost two weeks for the other. We are unfortunately still waiting. We have instructed all of our employees to apply for unemployment when we originally closed but the system for that is extremely slow as well.

We thankfully were able to process a final payroll to get some funds to the team but my hope for support for small businesses is very unclear.

If you are able, our team would be so grateful for any continued support you might be able to provide. The raffle money will be used to help the team, but we have decided to move on a more conventional fundraising method.  We will still award a winner of the raffle when we reopen.

I appreciate all of your support and we will continue to make appointments and have pickups for the future.
