Support Bluey's Adoption and Transport

Bluey was in the shelter since May. Overlooked, with no one stepping up to save him . For all of those months, he remained totally a sweetheart, playing nicely with other dogs and gently taking treats from the shelter volunteers.

He was scheduled to be killed on Tuesday, July 23. We couldn't let that happen, so a team of shar-pei lovers stepped up to save Bluey! Bluey's adopter isn't able to get Bluey until Labor Day, but we had to get him out of the shelter immediately to save his life. He will be with a volunteer foster until he can be transported to his adopter.

The volunteers who stepped up for Bluey did so at their own cost so that he wouldn't be killed, and we appreciate any donations! There will be a number of costs involved in saving Bluey, including food, a leash and collar, a crate, and transportation from LA to Washington to meet the adopter.
