Support Bob Parker and his Family as Bob prepares to rest.

Update: Bob found his peace on 3/10/2025 in the best way he could, "with all his girls by his side". The below message still applies, however. There is a family in need- Bob's family- and it is now our charge to share with them in the same spirit of grace by which they so generously shared Bob with us. We can help give them the peace they need as they attend to mightier and heavier concerns.

Bob Parker is ready and due for his rest. For as much as he has given so many, it is time we send him to that rest with the peace of mind that we will care for his family just as he has cared for so many of us and our families over his lifetime.

Let us all relieve the worry of financial burden for Mr. Parker so he can find peace now, and focus on the love and respect we all shine his way at this time.

About the burden- it is very real and not insubstantial. The ceaseless and tenacious efforts undertaken by the family to help keep Bob as comfortable and alive as long as possible has come at real cost; in short, it has come not just from the funds of day-to-day living, but also much of the funds meant for the future.

I know, I know. You're all thinking, "Financial support? After years and years living large on that fat-cat teacher salary?" Put that thought aside now, and instead contribute some funds, share this message wide, and while you're at it share some of the stories from the good ol' days of your time with Bob. Surely, he finds great joy in our great joy.
