Support Bob Hilborn's Recovery Journey

Hello everyone,

As many of you know, Bob and I (Sharon) recently returned from an amazing week of snorkeling and relaxing in Cozumel. During our flight home, I asked Bob if he was looking forward to being back, and he replied, "Only because I can ride my bike!" True to his word, the very next day around noon, he set out on his bike, ensuring he had his ID bracelet with all our phone numbers, just in case.

Bob embarked on his usual 16-mile ride, passing through the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center. Unfortunately, while doing what he loves and takes comfort in, he was struck by a vehicle. The situation is currently under investigation, so we are limited in what we can share online.
