Support Bombino and his Niger Musician Fund

Hi, my name is Eric Herman. I have been Bombino's manager for over 10 years. The recent coup in Niger has created severe logistical and financial problems for Bombino's fall tour through the United States and Europe to support his new album 'Sahel' - Bombino's family was evacuated from Niamey, he and his rhythm guitarist Kawissan have been mostly stranded outside the country, and meanwhile the financial problems and pressures back home in Niger continue to build and build. This campaign was born of these problems, but Bombino would also like to take action on behalf of other Nigerien artists who are struggling due to the current political situation. If this campaign can exceed its original goal, anything further will be donated by Bombino to other Nigerien artists in need of help. Bombino says: "I am so lucky and grateful that I have a community of friends and fans around the world to whom I can turn for help in a difficult situation like the one we face today.
