Support Bonza Cabin Crew in Crisis
Donation protected
We are the Flight Attendants' Association of Australia (FAAA) we are union that represents Australian based cabin crew, the first responders in the sky.
Bonza cabin crew have been your first responders in the skies, and now they need your urgent help.
Following Bonza's entering administration last week, airline staff were stood down only three days before payday to be told they cannot be paid for the previous month.
This has meant that Bonza cabin crew, already living pay cheque to pay cheque under minimum award conditions now face rent, mortgage repayments, power, gas, and food and other bills that they simply cannot afford.
Out of a job due to no fault of their own, Bonza cabin crew need your urgent help to get them and their families through this crisis.
Here’s how you can help:
• Donate: Every little bit helps. No amount is too small.
• Share: Spread the word on social media, in your community, and among your networks.
The FAAA will manage the funds and distribute donated monies to the Bonza crew who have registered with the FAAA as needing assistance. Our plan is to distribute the funds evenly to all cabin crew who have registered their wish to be part of the distribution, to achieve this we will issue an open invitation cabin crew to express an interest.
Recipients will be free to utilise funds as they see fit to pay bills, buy groceries or whatever needs they have etc.
Thank you for your support of our crew.
* Note we understand go fund me charges a small fee. The FAAA will be covering the amount of the fee when the funds are collected i.e. we will add in the $ to match the fee charged.
