Support Brandi & Alex's Healing Journey

This month, my dear friends Brandilyn and Alex faced an unimaginable heartbreak. Their son Kaylem came into this world needing an emergency C-section and, surrounded by the unconditional love of his family, he passed away just three days later.

Despite their profound grief, Brandi and Alex’s love for each other has only grown stronger, a testament to their incredible spirit and resilience. Witnessing their journey of love and loss has been both heartbreaking and inspiring.

In their quest for healing, Brandi and Alex are planning a six-week road trip in a rented camper van across the U.S. with Kaylem’s ashes. This journey to seek solace in nature is a stepping stone forward in their healing process. They plan to reflect on and integrate Kaylem’s legacy in every beautiful landscape they visit.

However, they face the mounting challenge of Kaylem’s medical bills that continue to pile up (currently over $200,000 without any certainty of what insurance will cover). To make this healing journey possible without the added stress of additional financial burden, we are reaching out to our community for support.

The camper van rental is $7,000, and they estimate gas to be around $1,400, which amounts to our goal of raising $8,400.
