Hey my name is Brandon. I was admitted into Kingston Hospital on 4/16/2024 due to Sickle Cell Disease Have Rare type hemoglobin CC for pain crisis at this time Kington Hospital health Alliance could manage my pain so I was transferred too WestChester Medical Center on 4/24/24 Upon Arrival I was being Treated for Sickle Cell Disease the pain was so uncontrollable where they decided to run other tests such as Ct-Scan MRI several of my whole body ect until Dr.Krom came in on 5/8/24 and said Mr Parker you have several Nerve Damage in ur upper neck and lower back an you will need emergency Spinal Surgery I was in complete shock like how why where long story short I had spinal surgery on 6-16-24 Coded during surgery lost over 2 liters of blood at this point i can not eat nor swallow anything at all now day after I get news I have too go back into surgery too on 6-17-24 too get my esophagus open an so I’m able too eat so I’m completely NPO due too the coding on 6-16-24 I was intubated and caused damage too my esophagus!! In need of help with housing so i don’t loose my apt need help with May June July rent $1,000 monthly Sue too the spinal injury I’m will be particularly disabled for the rest of my life.
