Support Brandy's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Brandy is a single mom who has worked incredibly hard to provide for her three children while simultaneously fighting HER2+ breast cancer. A natural red-head with a fiery spirit and the kindest blue eyes you'll ever see, Brandy has taken this entire journey in stride, continuously being strong for her family and friends. However, now we have to be the strong ones for Brandy as her cancer has metastasized to her bones and her brain. Brandy was initially diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2022. She received chemotherapy, followed by continuous immunotherapy. In June of 2023, Brandy suffered a stroke and by August, was hospitalized due to issues with her speech, mobility, and memory. She had a spinal tap on her 43rd birthday and received the news that no one wanted to hear- her cancer had spread to her brain. Brandy will begin whole brain radiation in September 2023, followed by more chemotherapy. Her three children- two teenage boys (16 and 14) and a 4 year old daughter- have been incredibly brave for their mother during this time.

Unfortunately, the prognosis for Brandy is not good. She will continue to fight, which is part of her nature, but the care she is receiving is palliative, in order to help manage her symptoms and shrink the tumors surrounding her brain. The funds raised will go directly to Brandy's care, hospital bills, medications, and nursing care, along with daily living costs for her three children.
