Support Breann's Battle Against Breast Cancer

We all remember the first time we met Breann. She had always been passionate and a little on the crazy side, especially when it came to rescue. We quickly learned that Breann was an amazing advocate for our four-legged friends. There was not a thing that she would not do for a dog in need.

She is amazing and one of the best at tracking and trapping dogs, being able to reconnect them with their family. She has helped so many people in our community. There are so many people in the rescue world that appreciate and love what she has done for thousands of dogs. For those close to her, we have become friends and essentially family.

Just recently, at 29 years old, Breann was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic breast cancer. She is the mother to a toddler, a partner, a daughter, and a friend, and as a young woman battling cancer, this is a scary time.

She will undergo treatment for a year, but the next 7 months will be the hardest. This will be both challenging and exhausting. If you know Breann, she is a fighter and loves with her whole self. She will do the hard part, but we want to support her as much as possible during this difficult time. She will be unable to work the hours and days she has been working and will need help to provide for her family. Breann has given so much of her life to helping others, human and canine, and now she needs the help of her rescue community.
