Support Brendan's Final Wishes and Memorial

Donation protected
My name is Natasha. Brendan Holiday (aka Joseph Annunziata - to me he was Josef- he preferred this spelling before changing his name to Brendan) and I have been friends for the majority of our lives and considered each other family. He spend 10 days in the hospital and passed away of cardiac arrest on Friday, July 26th. I was with him every day at the hospital, and was also there when his heart stopped beating.
Brendan was absolutely one of a kind. Sweet, thoughtful, witty, sometimes wicked, always late, had the greatest laugh and a million stories. He remembered everything in incredible detail, and I could count on him to remind me of all those things when I would forget.
Everyone that knew and loved Brendan will miss all the wonderful things about him, and my heart goes out to each and every one of you. We all lost an incredible person.
Brendan, of course, did not expect to leave the earth so soon- he was only 54- and did not have any arrangements set for the event of his passing. I know he wanted to be cremated, like his mother and father, and I am doing what I can to honor this wish and to make sure he does not end up buried by the state.
I am asking for assistance from his many friends, if you can, to help me cover the expense of cremation. I will also set up a celebration of life in his honor after this has been done.
My condolences to everyone who knew and loved Brendan (Josef).
With love, Natasha Kozak
