With profound sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Brennan Reece Pelio on December 10, 2024. He was born on June 30, 1997, in San Diego, CA, to Darren and Mimi (Quinol) Pelio, and from the moment he entered this world, he brought joy, love, and light to everyone who knew him.
Brennan grew up in San Diego, CA, where he formed lifelong memories surrounded by family and friends. A proud graduate of Del Norte High School’s Class of 2015, he was a bright, ambitious young man with a passion for learning. In 2018, Brennan and his family moved to Candia, NH, where he attended Manchester Community College and earned an associate degree in cybersecurity. His strong work ethic and natural curiosity guided him toward a promising future.
Above all else, Brennan’s heart belonged to his family. His younger brother Mason and cousin Chris were more than family—they were his closest friends, his partners in adventure, and his chosen brothers. The trio shared an unbreakable bond built on shared experiences, deep conversations, and unconditional love. From cruising the streets of their hometown to chasing breathtaking views on coastal roads, every journey was a treasured adventure.
Brennan had an unmatched passion for cars. He could identify any make or model from a distance and loved discussing specs and dream cars with Mason and Chris. Some of their happiest moments were spent driving through scenic routes, admiring cars, and sharing hopes of one day owning something extraordinary. Brennan’s generosity knew no bounds—he loved providing for Mason and Chris with whatever they needed on their adventure, driven by love and a desire to take care of those closest to him.
As a teenager, he participated in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, where he developed a strong work ethic, determination, and a passion for learning. The program also deepened his fascination with planes, ships, and military models, fueling his curiosity and drive to excel. These qualities carried into his professional life, where he worked as a surveyor for the Morin-Cameron Group. Brennan was highly respected for his dedication, eagerness to learn, and unwavering commitment to his work.
Despite his many interests, Brennan always made time for his loved ones. He cherished every family gathering, every gaming session with friends, and every shared laugh. His genuine kindness, infectious smile, and adventurous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Brennan is survived by his devoted parents, Darren and Mimi (Quinol) Pelio; his beloved brother Mason Pelio; his cherished grandparents, Ric and Llura Quinol, and Robert and Dolores Pelio; his godfather and uncle Todd, and his cousin Chris, who was like a second brother. He also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Though his time with us was far too short, his legacy of kindness, adventure, and love will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
