update- Brent and Lori are both home. We are so thankful and God is so good. Please continue to help in ways you are able and continue to pray for their long recovery journey. Both will still be out of work for many more month. We are so grateful for our generous, kind, and caring community. From the bottom of all of our hearts- thank you we love you all.

Unfortunately, Brent will still be in the hospital for 2+ weeks for rehab in Sioux Falls. Then a long recovery road ahead of him as well.

We are so thankful for all of the prayers, donations, and meals for Brent and Lori during this difficult time. The future is unknown still but we know God was with them. please continue to help in anyway you are able.

On July 27th Brent and Lori were out enjoying the beautiful summer weather when the unexpected happened. Brent and Lori were involved in a motorcycle accident. Brent and Lori were brought to the nearest hospital, Watertown, to get emergency care. Brent was life flighted to Sioux Falls for more intensive care. Brent is currently in the Sanford ICU with multiple injuries that will hold him up from work for the next few months. Lori was admitted to the Watertown Prarie Lakes Hospital with multiple fractures as well. Lori and Brent both have road rash spread all throughout their body. Lori also will be home from work for the next few months. Brent and Lori are a pair of the kindest and most generous people known. They are the first ones to jump in and help when others are facing challenges in life. Through the blessing of God, they are both ok and stable. We ask the community to help in anyway they are able- donations here, prayers, venmo, or any support you can offer. Anything is appreciated and helpful.
