Support Brian, Tanya, and Devin After Tragic Fire

Hello everyone, I wanted to take a second and thank you all for your continued prayers and support at this terrible time.

As most of you know, on December 13th, Karen Rocha, who is a resident of Catonsville, lost her life as well as her home to a very traumatic fire. Her only son, Brian, is currently in the hospital with severe burns; he is sedated but stable. As well, Karen's very best friend and manager of the restaurant lived with her, along with her son Devin. At that time, Devin was at work and Tanya was out of town. Everyone has lost everything.

When Brian gets out of the hospital, he will need things like clothes, be able to get a key made for his car so we can at least use that to make money doordashing or whatever he has to do, IDs, and help with money for the deposit for the insurance once they all figure that out because that was all burnt in the fire as well. They all literally have nothing and have lost everything—a mother, safety, security. Unfortunately, their dog passed away last night, and the cat is still in the emergency hospital, still fighting for its life.

I'm creating this GoFundMe to at least have some kind of security when Brian comes out of the hospital, as well as for Tanya and her son to at least be able to put some clothes on their back. I understand that it's very close to the holidays and people might be struggling financially right now, but I'm reaching out because any single little bit will help.

Shirley's Family Diner is a staple in Catonsville, and Karen truly valued all of her supporters over the years. I loved Karen, and I love Brian, Tanya, and Devin, and I'm really hoping that this can help them in any way possible. I have set up this GoFundMe page to go directly to Tanya's bank account, as Brian will be living with her when he comes home.
