Help support mother and kids after kidnapping &DV

Hello, my name is Brittany and I am a single mother of two adorable young boys and a beautiful daughter. We were recently kidnapped and taken across state lines that also did a toll on our only vehicle causing engine issues, that we can’t fix due to financial hardship. All of this because of an extremely abusive boyfriend that I could not escape. Even though law enforcement had been involved early on we were unable to get out of the situation. As one could imagine myself and my children have been traumatized by this man and this horrible experience. I myself was also physically abused and hospitalized on two separate occasions prior to him kidnapping us. Due to the severity of all this I’m unable to work at the moment and bills are piling up. I recently had to hire an attorney because CPS / state of  Utah got involved, saying I failed to protect my children, and that they were neglected and in the state of  Utah, you can lose your kids for neglect instead of treating me like a victim, I feel as if I’m being treated like a criminal when  I had no control over this situation. So I’m currently in in a court battle for that. Currently my days consist of getting myself and my children to therapy appointments court dates as well as multiple doctor’s appointments for myself due to a traumatic brain injury , that I got from the abuser for having my head smashed and hit multiple times! Also  getting my children to and from school. I also have commitments with law enforcement and will be facing this horrible man in court to testify against him soon so that he is unable to ever do this to anyone again. I feel embarrassed. to ask for help but my children and I are at risk of losing everything right now including our home.
