Support Brittany's Fresh Start for Her Kids

Hi, our names are Jenn and Rick. We are trying to raise money for our daughter and her three children, our grandchildren. They just lost everything due to a fire yesterday that originated from her neighbor's house, and are now basically homeless. They are going to be staying with us for the time being until we can figure out things financially and hopefully find her another home. But it is going to be very crowded!!

Our daughter, Brittany, is a single mom who does everything she can to take care of and provide for these babies all on her own. Her children are very young (5, 3, and 2) and haven't really yet grasped what happened. Her 3 year old keeps asking her when they are going home.

While they were home yesterday afternoon, Brittany started to smell smoke and then realized that the house was on fire. She then scrambled to gather the children and thankfully got them and herself out safety. There was no time to grab anything else.

We help out our daughter with the kids whenever it is needed. But, unfortunately, right now it is impossible for us to help her with everything. She will need to find a new home and will need money for rent, food, etc. She will also need to purchase furniture, beds, blankets/pillows, kitchen and clothing items, and whatever else she may need to have a fresh new start.

Brittany doesn't know that we are doing this, she doesn't like asking for help, but in this situation she really needs it.
