Support Brittany's Journey to Health and Hope

The D’Ambrosio’s need your support. Brittany has been feeling short of breath and chest tightness. What seemed like a routine X-ray to rule out minor causes turned into a nightmare as she learned of a mass inside the chest which is cancerous.

She was admitted to the hospital on 9/24 to embark on a journey no one would ever want to take. She went through a failed biopsy, blood tests, CT imaging, surgical biopsy and echocardiogram. Today they finally got a diagnosis so she can start treatment. She’s been diagnosed with stage 2 large B cell mediastinal lymphoma. It’s a very aggressive but treatable cancer.

She will be hospitalized for chemotherapy and will need multiple rounds of treatments as well over the next 4-5 months.

Anyone that knows Brittany and her husband Nick know that they are the most generous family: Always raising money for other fundraisers in the community and offering help to other families in need. They never expect anything in return.

Brittany, a physical therapist, will not be able to work and they have two young children to support as well as other expenses.
