Support the Broadway's battle against Cancer

On the morning of December 29, 2023 after 4 trips to the ER and 2 separate stays at the hospital, Bill Broadway was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma which is a rare cancer of the bile ducts. Unfortunately, the cancer is advanced and has already spread to the lining of his stomach and intestines. In the coming months, Bill and his family will be in the fight for his life as he starts chemotherapy and any other treatments or procedures his medical team recommends. As we all know, this type of treatment will come at a significant cost and has the potential to financially cripple their family. This fundraiser is to financially support the Broadway's as they navigate these tough times.

Now, here is what you don’t know about Bill, Sarah, and their son Declan. Bill is a man of God and a public servant having previously served as a high school teacher for 9 years and has been a police officer for the last 8 years with both the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the Huntersville Police Department. He and Sarah have known each other since they were 5 years old, have been together for over 15 years, and will have been married for the last 10 years come March. Together they have a 6-year-old son, Declan, who is now in 1st grade and means the world to both Sarah and Bill.
