Support Brooke Gardner's Memorial Service

My sister, Brooke Elaine Gardner, 47, passed away Saturday, November 16th, from respiratory failure due to complications of her COPD.

Brooke was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, partner, friend, and grandmother who touched the lives of those around her. She was a friend to anyone she came in contact with, with a bright, bubbly laugh that was truly infectious. She would give the shirt off her back or give you her last $5 if she knew you needed it. She truly had a heart of gold. Her children, grandchildren, and her whole family were everything to her. She was always the first one there in a moment of need.

Brooke dedicated her life to taking care of others. She worked in home health care most of her life. She was the guardian to two of her precious granddaughters and was the full-time caregiver to the love of her life of 25 years, who is suffering from prostate cancer. Although she knew her health needed attention, she was selfless! She was always putting the needs of others before her own.

We are all devastated by Brooke's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Brooke the memorial service she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on grieving and remembering Brooke fondly.
