Support Brooke's Studio Recovery Post-Hurricane

Hurricane Helene completely destroyed my sister’s (Brooke Bergdahl) Pilates and acupuncture studio in Asheville, off of Swannanoa River. Flood waters reached chest high - submerging and demolishing her expensive Gratz Classical Pilates equipment. Her community is strong, should you be wanting to directly help to the impact of the storm, supporting her small business would be greatly appreciated. Your funds support
- rebuilding/repairing/reupholstering the Pilates apparatus that was dragged from the 16" of mud leftover after flood waters receded.
- repurchasing Pilates equipment that was too damaged to save/rescue.
- covering losses on electronics, sound system, full wall mirrors, and build out expenses from the destroyed studio.
- covering losses on monthly revenue since the storm hit and all business flow in person stopped. Half of Brooke's revenue stream as single mom was from in studio work with Pilates/Acupuncture.
- buildout and first/last on finding a new studio space in/around Asheville to open early 2025.

This new studio space for CoreSelf (the one just flooded/destroyed by Helene) Brooke opened in May 2023, offering Pilates privates/classes, acupuncture treatments and hosting Pilates training workshops and events. It was a vibrant full amazing space for community to gather, in person plus drawing in online every week, and visitors to Asheville for special events.
Now Brooke rebuilds once again, searching for the next best space, spending sweat and tears on disassembling the apparatus salvaged and rebuilding it, and re-crafting the vision for CoreSelf Classical Pilates and Chinese Medicine.
