Support Brooke's Surgery and Recovery

Hello, my name is Brooke Martin, one of my good friends Brooke is in the hospital awaiting surgery to remove a mass/tumor from the left side of her head. She is having surgery today or tomorrow to remove. She will be moved to ICU after surgery for a few days and then physical therapy. It will be a long road to recovery.

With so many unknowns, I thought we could help her with these unexpected medical bills so that she can recover worry free and enjoy time with her husband Mike, and their two children as she recovers.

Any donations will help her family during this difficult time.

She asked that we pray with her… “Also prayers that I don’t have any complications from the surgery and protection over my brain.”

Update from Mike, Brooke’s husband

Hello everyone, sorry its been a really long day. So Brooke Van Doorne had surgery for a mass on her brain, turns out when they went in to remove it something didn't seem right. The Dr called a vein specialist at another hospital and identified it as something else, we found out that thankfully it is not a mass/tumor. It is an aneurism, I honestly found out what that means and I know there are so much more steps for Brooke to be safe and on her way to recovery. Thank the GOOD LORD for watching over my wife it DID NOT rupture and they closed out surgery. She will be transferred to Banner University downtown for another round of surgery to fix the aneurism. I know we really appreciate all the prayers, GOD has this in his hands please continue to pray for her and keeping her blood pressure low so it doesn't rupture, and that the next surgery goes well and she can be on the road to recovery which I know will be long but GOD is going to light that lamp to our feet. I am sorry if I did not get back to you all right away this seems the best way to mass tell what is going on I will try and keep updates as well, but if you hear or read thru all of this
