Support Brooks Tomkinson's Recovery Journey

Last night, my sweet godson, Brooks Tomkinson, just 14 months old, endured a devastating and unprovoked attack by the family dog. The attack caused serious facial lacerations and a broken mandible. Brooks is currently undergoing surgery, and while the doctors are optimistic about his recovery, they’ve made it clear that this will be a long, challenging journey—one that could span several years.

Brooks has been the light of his parents’ lives. Ian and Olivia are completely heartbroken, navigating the unimaginable pain of seeing their baby endure something so traumatic. Despite their devastation, they remain steadfast in their love and commitment to helping Brooks heal.

For now, Brooks is covered under his grandmother’s medical insurance, but this coverage will end in just four short months. After that, the financial burden of surgeries, therapies, and other medical care will fall entirely on his family.
