Support Brooks's Pediatric Surgery Mission

Hi, I’m Brooks, a fourth-year medical student with a passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery. I’m currently taking a research year to deepen my experience in this field and prepare for my future in plastic surgery. This April, I have an incredible opportunity to participate in a pediatric hand surgery mission trip to Saint Lucia with HandHelp, Inc and a very close advisor of mine - Dr. Marc Walker!

This mission is dedicated to providing life-changing surgical care to children with conditions affecting their hands and upper extremities—care they might not otherwise have access to. For many of these children, the procedures we perform will help restore essential hand function, giving them a better quality of life and a brighter future.

I am raising money to help cover travel expenses, accommodations, and the transportation of necessary medical equipment and supplies. This trip is more than just an opportunity to provide care—it’s a chance for me to grow as a future surgeon and give back to a community that needs our help.
