Assist with Buster Brown's Emergency Expenses

Buster Brown was my emotional support dog, besides being a member of our family. He was just 14 weeks old. He was a little spit fire - running everywhere he went. He thought he was a big dog. And, he never failed to cover whoever was giving him attention in kisses.
We were supposed to start classes yesterday - but instead, I found myself taking him to emergency on Thursday morning, and from there it went bad quickly.
I received two incorrect diagnoses and by Friday night, he was critical. By then his potassium was up to 8.8 and he wasn't peeing. 10 is heart failure. I worked frantically to ask questions and ask about treatment. It was a struggle. His liver and kidneys were shutting down.
Then, this morning, I decided there is just nothing else we can do. I decided to bring him home. His potassium had gone up to 9.4, he had only peed 1ml in an hour (which was more than he had all weekend) - and it just wasn't working.
I called another hospital. They had dialysis, they could assess him and treat him.
So, we transported him. Within 2-1/2 hours of getting him settled in the new hospital, he peed 52ml. His potassium had come down to 8. So - WAY better. He had a shot. His kidneys aren't completely toast. For the first time in 3 days, I felt some relief and true hope.
Then they called at 10pm to tell me he was in respiratory distress and they wanted to euthanize, even though his numbers were improving.
I was devastated. He passed in my arms at about 11:15 pm. I don't even know why.
Here's the rub. I walked out of the other place after paying a bill of $7,500.
The new hospital took $4,000 for tonight.
I have paid the bills with my credit card that I use for my own medical. And, it is now wiped out, at 30% interest.
I would greatly appreciate any help, if you are able to do so. He means the world to me - and he has helped tremendously with my trauma, and stability. I owed him whatever I could do to give him a chance to pull out of this. I failed.
