Help us to celebrate Caitlyn’s life.

Hello, my name is Clint Capone and my wife is currently in the hospital awaiting a set of lungs for transplant. Her name is Caitlyn Matherne Capone. This would be her second set of lungs since the first transplant on February 26, 2020. She originally had pulmonary hypertension, which caused her original lungs to not be viable after 12 years of disease. The transplanted lungs have given out, and she is in need of a second transplant. She is a very tough human being and has been fighting for her life for the last week. Just a little about her, after getting PH, she decided to take action and go to college at Southeastern Louisiana and has an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and is attempting to get her doctorate from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She wants to create medicine to help other people not have to suffer as she has. Her current situation is a large bump in the road, and if you can find it in your heart to help us get through this and help her get to her goal, we would be very appreciative. All of the money will go to helping her in this journey from surgery to recovery to going back to school.
