Support Cam and His Young Family Through Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Life can change in an instant. For 29-year-old Cameron, who lives on a farm in Watervale with his young family, what started as a routine medical check turned into a battle no young father should face. During what was expected to be a standard colonoscopy for suspected Crohn's or celiac disease on January 30th, doctors discovered a tumour blocking 90% of his bowel.
Why We Need Your Help
Cam and his wife Jess are parents to two beautiful children, little Eliza, who is just 2.5 years old, and baby Clancy, who is only 9 months old. On February 5th, Cam underwent major surgery where doctors removed 70cm of his bowel. Now, beginning March 5th, he faces the challenging road of chemotherapy treatment.
Cam's treatment requires the family to travel to and spend considerable time in Adelaide, creating significant financial strain:
• Regular travel to Adelaide for Cam's chemotherapy
• Extended stays away from their farm for treatment
• Mounting medical expenses
• Loss of farm income during treatment
• Ongoing household costs
• Caring for two young children while managing treatment
How You Can Help
Whether you can give a little or a lot, your support will make a real difference to Cam, Jess, and their little ones during this challenging time.
Help us ensure this young family can focus on what matters most - Cam's recovery and being together.
Thank you for your generosity and support and for sharing Cam's story.
