We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts. Our beloved maintenance man, Carlos Quinteros, who has been a loyal and dedicated part of our community for the past 16 years, is facing an unimaginable loss.

His wife tragically passed away yesterday after seeking medical care in their home country. Carlos had to fly home immediately with his son, incurring significant travel expenses.

Carlos has always been there for us, ensuring our property is well-maintained and our community functions smoothly. Now, it's our turn to support him.

We are raising funds to help cover his travel expenses, his wife's funeral costs, and the expenses he will incur during his time away from work.
