Support Carlos Hugo Soto Frias' Family

Hello all. I am writing this on behalf of my niece and nephews. Their father, Carlos Hugo Soto Frias, unexpectedly passed away on Monday 7/29/24. Carlos was originally from Huanusco, Zacatecas but made his residence in Bakersfield, CA. He was a barber by trade and was a well-known barber for the last 12 years at Latinos Barber Shop at Mercado Latino.

He was a loving father, son, brother, and a great friend to many. He really loved his kids and would do just about anything for them. Carlos will be missed by his family and friends. Rest In Paradise, Carlos!

Hola a todos. Escribo esto en nombre de mi sobrina y mis sobrinos. Su padre, Carlos Hugo Soto Frías, falleció inesperadamente el lunes 29/7/24. Carlos era originario de Huanusco, Zacatecas pero hizo su residencia en Bakersfield, CA. Era barbero de profesión y fue un barbero reconocido durante los últimos 12 años en Latinos Barber Shop en Mercado Latino.

Fue un padre, un hijo, un hermano amoroso y un gran amigo para muchos. Realmente amaba a sus hijos y haría cualquier cosa por ellos. Su familia y amigos extrañarán a Carlos. ¡Descansa en paz, Carlos!
