Support Carol Miell, Radio Rescue, American River

G'day, I am Jim Holland and I have created this Fund to assist Carol Miell. She has voluntarily operated the marine Radio Rescue service from American River, KI, for many years at her own expense. Recently, through no instigation on her part, she has become embroiled in a legal case over property boundaries involving a retaining wall. This now involves barristers and costs are rapidly escalating.

Carol, who received an OAM for her ongoing service to the boating community, lives alone and still has to work to support herself. The stress that this legal case is causing her is considerable, both financially and mentally. My aim with this Fund is to reduce this cruel and uncalled for burden on a person who gives tirelessly to our community and the wider boating fraternity.
