Support Carrie and Julia's Journey to APEX Autism Program

Hello friends and strangers with big hearts! I am raising money for my children to be able to attend an Autism focused summer camp called APEX. This camp is an evidence based program to provide social emotional skills for neurodivergent children, specific to the school environment.

My twins, Carrie annd Julia, are currently 9 years old and in 4th grade. Both are diagnosed with Autism (level 2/3 and level 1/2, respectively) as well as several comorbidities. They have struggled to be able to access accommodations and supports in school, and have battled with severe school avoidance. Carrie returned to school at the end of March, and is slowly getting acclimated and making friends. Julia has been unable to attend at all this year due to anxiety, overwhelm, and dysregulation. Both twins are in an intensive wrap-around program, have medical providers, therapists, IEPs, etc, but are still struggling to find success in the school/academic domain.

My hope is to raise enough money to send them to APEX, so they can make gains this summer instead of regressing. Please, please consider a donation to help them with this much needed program.
