Support Cass' Family After Her Passing

Cassandra McFall left this world on November 13th. Her departure was sudden, and the people she left behind are struggling to cope with the loss.

I'm creating this campaign to help out her wife, Mikel. This year has already been difficult for her, and now she has to consider the financial difficulty of losing a loved one. As many of you know, life is expensive these days, and Cass left several bills in her wake, including two car payments. We also need help covering the cost of cremation, the viewing fee, and memorializing Cass' ashes in necklaces for Mikel and for Cass' sister.

In addition to supporting Mikel, the funds will be split with my sibling, Al, who was Cass' friend and housemate. Al is now left to grieve alone in an apartment that is too costly to pay for on his own. These funds will help him with rent until he can either move out or find a new housemate.

We are all grief stricken. Anyone who knows Cass also knows how hard she worked to care for the people close to her. The least I feel we can do is make sure her family has support during this incredibly difficult time.
