Support Catcher and Ford After Tragic Loss

Donation protected
The Stodola family is starting this GoFundMe for Catcher and Ford Stodola, who tragically lost their father, Michael James Stodola, on October 2nd, 2024, after a long and difficult battle with depression. As they navigate the overwhelming responsibilities that come with losing a loved one, we also wish to honor their father’s memory.

Michael, who lived in Milwaukee, WI, was a creative, loving, and devoted father. He touched many lives during his 59 years with his talent, humor, and loyalty to his family. Michael’s journey began in Omaha, where he acted and sang at Ralston High School and later at Southwest Missouri State University. He found his true calling in advertising, crafting a lifelong career as a visionary creative director and brand manager. His last role was with Lakefront Brewery, where he was deeply respected and cherished by colleagues and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Above all, Michael’s greatest pride was his two children. His unconditional love for Catcher and Ford was clear in every aspect of his life. Catcher is an incredibly talented artist, pursuing her passion in film at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ford, with his love for sports, music, and entrepreneurship, is on the path to becoming a firefighter after completing his EMT training.

With the loss of Michael, Catcher and Ford now face not only the emotional toll but also the financial challenges ahead, including college tuition for Catcher and Ford’s EMT and firefighter training. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that you consider donating to this GoFundMe to support their futures and help alleviate some of the burden during this difficult time.

Your love, support, and generosity mean the world to us, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts as we remember Michael and stand with Catcher and Ford.

With deepest gratitude,
The Stodola Family
