Support Caroline "Cece" Carroll's Fight for Recovery

Dear Family, Friends and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

We are reaching out to you today on behalf of Caroline "Cece" Carroll, a young single mother who is currently facing a life-altering medical situation. At the age of 33, Cece had been juggling the responsibilities of motherhood and work with grace and determination. Cece’s plate was already full with caring for her beautiful children: Ayden, 13, who was diagnosed with ADHD, 5-year-old Santos who is Autistic, and 2-year-old Xochitl who is such a doll!

As a college graduate, Cece also found time to tirelessly advocate for other single mothers in similar situations, working to secure low-income housing, essential services, and support networks for them.

But Cece’s world was recently turned upside down by a severe and unexpected health crisis on July 29. It started with a heartbreaking miscarriage that quickly led to fighting to survive sepsis, organ failure and having her feet amputated. We are so grateful to everyone who has kept Cece in prayer and we ask you all to please keep those prayers going as Cece is awaiting a future hand surgery and remains hospitalized.

Her condition is far more complex than anyone could have anticipated, and she has been in the hospital ever since, fighting every day to survive and recover. The doctors have informed us that Cece’s journey to full recovery will be long and challenging, requiring her to remain hospitalized for an extended period.

As you can imagine, this has taken a tremendous toll not only on Cece, her precious children, but also on her beloved family. As a single mom, she is the sole provider for her children, who are her world. With her inability to work, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Medical bills are piling up, and the day-to-day expenses of supporting her family are becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

This is where we humbly ask for your support. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping Cece and her family during this incredibly difficult time. Your contributions will go towards:

- Medical expenses not covered by insurance

- Daily living costs for her children

- Childcare and support services while Cece is in the hospital

- Transportation and other essential needs
