Juan Lopez jr went to be with our Lord on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Juan left behind his wife Chantel of 17 years, 7 children, two grand children, his mother, brother and 3 sisters, 12 nieces, 5 nephews, 3 great nephews and 1 great niece. Juan was a disciple of Jesus Christ and an amazing father. Juan loved to share his love for Jesus Christ and instill the word of God into everybody who was willing to listen. Juan loved his wife and all of his children. From family vacations to barbecuing in the back yard on Sunday afternoons, Juan always took care of his family. Juan was the sole provider for his family. We are trying to raise money to help Chantel, his wife, with financial needs during this difficult time until they are able to get everything situated. Chantel is a stay at home mom to her 3 youngest children and assists them in their online education.
Any donations will help Chantel and her family and ease the financial burden while they are going through this difficult time in their life. Please keep the family in your daily prayers.
Juan tested positive for covid on Dec 26th and was admitted into Hendricks Medical Center on the 1st of January where he fought for his life. He may have lost the battle to covid but he gained his wings and will forever be in our hearts.
Obituary:
Juan Jerardo Lopez jr was called home Thursday January 14, 2021. Born in Littlefield, Texas to Juan Sr. and Dominga Lopez on May 14, 1973. Juan was an awe-inspiring soul. Juan always had a smile on his face and his wit when he walked through the door. He was a loyal disciple of Jesus Christ. As Gods word was meant to be shared, Juan was passionate about sharing it and never missed a day. Juan loved his wife, Chantel, for the last 17 years. They raised seven children together. Juan was a welder over the last decade. He was a very hard working man but he always made time for his family. Juan was always the first one up and the last one down. He always strived for greatness and he did it. Juan loved living life and often took his family to baseball games, water parks and camping trips. Juan was a very active father and tio. He always tried to include everyone. Juan had 12 nieces, 5 nephews, 3 great nephews and 1 great niece. He was proud of his family. Juan had many friends but most would call him family too. If he could help out in any way, he would without hesitation and never asked for anything in return. Juan road his Harley any chance he got. If the sun was out and the chores were done he’d hit the road and disappear with Chantel.
We love you so much Juan. Thank you for blessing us with your presence. It’s truly amazing how you touched so many lives. You will be missed in every moment of the day.
John 14:27

“Don’t forget to pray.”
