Support Chantelle and Her Family

The UK has fallen into a state of outward violent racism recently, with riots and racist attacks happening currently on the daily.

A good friend of mine, Chantelle Lunt, is currently dealing with the issues that one of these attacks has caused for her family.

This is what Chantelle has posted on social media about the incident-

'Early this morning, a suspected far-right individual cycled behind my 17-year-old son while he was on his way to work. This person threatened to burn and kill him, at which point our son called us. My husband arrived promptly and took our son to safety. When he returned to the area, the man made gun gestures toward our car, threatened to burn our son again, and then smashed his bike through the back window of the car. He then picked up bricks to throw at the car. Thankfully, my family is safe.

Merseyside Police are currently investigating and searching the area for this man. Please continue to stay vigilant and stay safe. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to offer us support'

She has currently had to pay for several protective measures including security cameras, among dealing with the stress of this incident.

Nobody should have to deal with this kind of disgusting behavior, but Chantelle deserves the world and I think we should all pull together to give them some relief from this ordeal.
