Please help chapo with surgery after getting hit by a car

Hi, my name is Monique De La Torre. Early on May 20th, 2024, around 7:30am, I let my doggie Chapo outside to pee along with his brother Ruger. My doggie Chapo jumped the wall and got out near 17th & Swan and got hit by a car. The car did not stop to assist and I have two witnesses to the incident. PACC fortunately was called and was able to assist my baby. PACC thankfully waived the fees after seeing how badly Chapo wanted to be with me. They could see he wanted to be home, they do have a job to do though.
They told me I needed to go to an Emergency vet clinic right away to get him amputated, to my surprise the vet said they were able to save his leg and do surgery on it. I was so grateful to hear that. The doctor said he has a dislocated hip and a fractured paw both on the right side. I have funds put away for rainy days but it is not nearly enough for these two surgeries.
If I’m not able to get his surgeries by a certain time they will be taking Chapo to PACC and I will not be able to get him back as they will take him into care then put him up for adoption. I’m asking kindly to please help my doggie Chapo, he has so much life left and he feels the most safe here with his mama.
