Support Charlie Hilley's Life Jacket Station Eagle Project

My name is Charlie Hilley and I am a Boy Scout with troop 277 in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. I am working on my Eagle Scout Project and will be constructing a Public Life Jacket Loaner Station at a community boating ramp close to where I live. Many boaters do not have adequate life jackets in appropriate sizes. With this Life Jacket Loaner Station, more people will be able to enjoy boating safely. Because I am in a large family, I know how hard it is to find lifejackets of all sizes for your family. I hope to allow boaters a reliable way to provide safety measures for themselves and their families.

My Eagle Scout Project consists of buying life jackets in a variety of sizes, the supplies and wood necessary, and then constructing the Station on site. I will secure fellow BSA volunteers to help with the assembly and settling.

I am asking for any donation to help toward the purchase of these supplies. My goal is to raise $1200. Any amount will be appreciated!

After the station has been constructed and set, I look forward to sharing with all of you the joy and success of the project!
