Support Chase Rebecca's Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery
Donation protected
I am fundraising on behalf of my dear friends, Roxanne & Tom Rebecca, to cover the extensive medical and rehabilitation bills for their son, Chase Rebecca.
On October 25th, Chase was a passenger in a car that was hit on his side by an SUV traveling at 50 mph. The impact sent their car crashing into a traffic light and Chase had to be extracted from the vehicle before being rushed to St. Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood, CO. He was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, where he spent five days in critical condition. An MRI revealed that Chase sustained a Diffuse Axonal Injury, a severe form of Traumatic Brain Injury. In addition, he suffered a fractured temporal bone, broken ribs, shoulder and clavicle, a collapsed lung, and other serious injuries.
Chase is a kind, empathetic, creative soul with a love of music and art, nature and video games. He attended DePaul University in Chicago and North Central College in Naperville and has a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media/Digital Technology and a minor in Film. Upon graduation, Chase set out to do what he does best - put a smile on the face of others - he is currently an Animation Team Lead & Storyboard Artist for a company located in Colorado.
If you are able, please donate to support Chase's extensive medical bills, ongoing treatment and rehabilitation. Please share with your friends and family and keep Chase and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly challenging time.
With heartfelt thanks, your generosity and kindness is appreciated!
