Support Chase's Battle Against Cancer
Donation protected
Dear friends and compassionate donors,
I come to you with a heavy heart to share the next leg of the battle Chase and his family now have to navigate through. The tumor was taken out but the type of cancer is very aggressive. Chase and his family now have to travel from Mt. View to St. Louis (356 miles round trip) for his several rounds of chemotherapy, to hopefully ensure this does not come back. Over the next few months, he will embark on a daunting journey of undergoing nine rounds of chemotherapy. Some rounds making their stay in the hospital anywhere from 2-7 days. In addition to the chemotherapy, if he falls ill due to his weakened immune system, this would end in an unexpected trip to the St. Louis hospital, adding to the financial burdens. As a parent, witnessing her child endure this taxing treatment is beyond words, and I am reaching out to ask for your support during this trying time. This journey is not only emotionally taxing but also financially straining, especially when considering the costs of gas and lodging for frequent hospital visits.
Your generous donations will directly alleviate the burden of transportation and accommodation expenses, allowing them to focus their energy and resources on supporting Chase through his treatment. No contribution is too small, and every act of kindness will make a significant difference in his journey towards healing.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering to support them in their time of need. Together, we can provide the love and support necessary to help Chase overcome this challenge and emerge stronger on the other side.
With deepest gratitude,
The Pilcher family
