Support Cheryl and Adam: F@CK Cancer!

Dear Friends, Family, and the Sooke Community,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of our dear friends, Cheryl Lane and Adam Noseworthy, who are facing an unimaginable challenge. This October, Cheryl, a devoted stay-at-home mom to her two wonderful children, Kya (10) and Kale (8), was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. This devastating news has changed their lives in an instant.

Cheryl provides constant care for her kids, especially for Kale, who needs extra support. This diagnosis has brought immense pain and uncertainty to their lives. As Cheryl navigates the medical system with the help of BC Cancer, she is focused on managing her health and exploring options for maintaining her quality of life.

Adam is deeply rooted in our community, having even run for Sooke Council in 2022. He is on the board of Sooke Food CHI, who support local farmers and encourage new ones. Adam believes in empowering others, he works at minimal cost, often volunteering his time and expertise to help make dreams a reality and to help someone out.

Now, this family needs our help. With Adam stepping back from his work, they are facing financial challenges that could become overwhelming. We want to rally around Cheryl, Adam, Kaya, and Kale, providing them with the support they need during this difficult journey.
