Support Cheryl Giles After Scott's Sudden Passing

My name is Rebecca Holgreen, sister in law to Cheryl Giles. Our family is setting up a Go Fund Me account for Cheryl Giles who lost her husband Scott Giles unexpectedly on Sunday evening. He had been struggling with heart disease for the past several years and was outside with his 2 dogs when he collapsed. He was immediately surrounded by his son Landon, and family and friends during his last moments.

If you know Cheryl you know she is an amazing wife, mother, sister and friend. She makes friends wherever she goes and always includes others to feel a part of her life with her fun adventures and stories. She is always helping others and selflessly gives her time to others.

With the sudden death of Scott, there are a lot of unexpected expenses, fears and worries. The family is understandably shocked by this loss and unfortunately not prepared for all that is happening at this time. Losing a loved one is always difficult, but coping with a sudden loss adds a different element to the grieving process and is compounded by this being the Christmas season. There are also added financial stressors, such as the cost of planning a funeral and the loss of income to pay for household expenses.
