Support Cheryl Shimp's Recovery Journey

Hi my name is Marlene and I am fundraising for my friend Cheryl Shimp. In late February she had a brain tumor removed at Mercy one in Waterloo. Then Cheryl went to rehab for a few weeks. She made it home for a day or so but started having seizures. She is now in Oelwein in a rehabilitation center for 6 weeks. Cheryl will then need several radiation treatments when she gets home. Has a pic line in for an infection in her brain. Hopefully in 3 weeks she will be coming home and be able to move forward with radiation treatments.
