### Help Support the One and Only Chombo in His Fight Against Cancer

We’re raising funds to support Chombo, a beloved member of the Brooklyn cycling community, who is battling stage 4 stomach cancer. Chombo is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and we want to ensure he not only receives the best care possible, but is able to manage the day to day of being very ill in a really tough city.

If you’ve been riding bikes or visiting bike shops in Brooklyn over the past 20 years, chances are you’ve met or worked with Chombo. From simple repairs to crafting custom bikes, Chombo has dedicated his life to helping others experience the freedom and joy of cycling. He’s been a guide, a mentor, and a friend—changing lives one turn of the wrench at a time. Chombo merged his passion for art and bikes over the years; his designs have been featured on cycling helmets, apparel and much more. “

Maybe you’ve been lucky enough to go on one of the Packratters tours with Chombo and his partner Lindsey. They have truly given so much to creating a warm and inclusive community to anyone and everyone looking for the road less traveled. Whether it’s a last minute repair 10 minutes after closing time. or an epic, tell your grandkids, journey to mystical lands- Chombo has given everything to helping other find their joy on two wheels.

Now, he faces his toughest challenge yet. Let’s rally around Chombo as he’s rallied around so many of us.
